Ethics and Hermeneutics are very tightly linked, more so than most other fields. Both are multi-disciplinary across the usual divisions in a theological college (nt/ot/doctrine etc). Both are about figuring out how to make the Bible apply to our lives. Both live very firmly under the banner of Biblical Theology at Moore College. Both are heavily effected by Systematic Theology.
In fact, I’m wondering how much of Ethics is NOT Hermeneutics?
